Onboarding - Welcome Team - Week 2-3: Welcome Team Training Orientation
During your second and third weeks, you will complete these topics:
Initial 1:1 meeting with Welcome Team Manager for review of training schedule and learning units. Consult Welcome Team Training Program calendar for specific schedule information. Welcome Team Manager assigns receptionist colleague(s) for elbow-support throughout the 6-week period.
Initial meeting with assigned Welcome Team colleague.
Complete orientation to Outlook (email, calendar, and chat). Orient to phone system. Orient to ADP system and call-out procedure.
Complete assigned front desk Ella modules and review EPIC elbow support schedule with supervisor.
Complete scheduled Call Center shadow session.
Complete scheduled Billing shadow session.
Complete scheduled PCA shadow session.
Complete back-office shadow session with care team staff (Clinicians, Nurses, Referral Coordinators, Medical Assistants, Behavioral Health, Salud, etc.)
Review assigned procedures regarding office equipment use, computer safety, building safety review, and other relevant procedures such as cell-phone use, dress code, and other policies and procedures as assigned.
