This checklist is a collection of courses and lessons all OCH employees must complete for 2024. Depending on your job function, you may be assigned additional training at a later date. 

The Training and Development team have strived to make the courses easy to understand and respectful of your time while still giving you all the information you need. Click here to watch a video about how to navigate the Tovuti platform.

Having all OCH employees complete these trainings before March 31, 2024 will ensure:

1. OCH stays in compliance with FTCA regulations.
2. You are equipped with the information you need to maintain a safe and welcoming workplace for everyone.
3. You know where to review policies, procedures, and other information.

If you already know the material covered in a course or lesson, you can "test out" by clicking the Take the Quiz button at any time while reviewing the material.

Lessons with a quiz don't require finishing the content in the lesson but do require passing the quiz.
You can find the Take the Quiz button on the right or at the very bottom of your browser window.




After completing each course, click "My Learning Dashboard" to return to the checklist and view the next courses.
