Sign into Epic using the instruction provided by Monica Crews (our Epic Site Specialist).

Start practicing what you learned from Ella using Epic Support (anything you change will not affect the actual Epic/patient chart)

• USE ONLY PRACTICE PATIENTS (name starts with ZZZ and Hood River/The Dalles address)
• IMPORTANT: Do not look up your own chart or a family members’ chart
• The only way you may access a patient’s chart is if a provider or staff member asks for your support (only if it’s to do your job)
  

• Add/remove tabs and buttons to make it easier for you to manage (Epic can be overwhelming if you cannot find what you need)
• Add your team’s schedule (Orchard, Forest, River, East, or West).  
  

• Practice viewing a provider’s schedule
• View 2 provider schedules at once
• Look up patient’s future appointments on Appt Desk
• Registration/Appt scheduling 

• Review past provider notes
• Reason for referral and diagnosis
• Medication list
